Requesting Deletion of Your Data

RiskSculptor respects your right to control your personal information. If you wish to request deletion of your data from our systems, please follow the instructions below. We will review and process your request in accordance with applicable legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, and compliance retention obligations.

How to Request Data Deletion

1. Send an Email

Email us at the address below with your deletion request:

2. Required Subject Line

Please use the following exact subject line to ensure your request is properly routed:

3. Required Information

To process your request, please include the following information in your email:

Full Name – The name associated with your RiskSculptor account
Email Address – The email address used with your RiskSculptor account
Facebook Page/Business Account – If you connected a Facebook Page or business account to RiskSculptor, please identify it
Description of Requested Deletion – Specify what data you want deleted (all data, specific records, etc.)

Processing Your Request

Upon receiving your valid deletion request:

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 5 business days
We will review your request and verify your identity to protect your account security
We will process your deletion request subject to legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, and compliance retention obligations
Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Records required for tax, accounting, or regulatory compliance
- Data necessary for fraud prevention and security investigations
- Information involved in active disputes or legal proceedings
- Aggregated or anonymized data that does not identify you personally
We will notify you when your request has been completed or if additional information is needed

Facebook/Meta Data Deletion

If you connected a Facebook Page or account to RiskSculptor, you have multiple options for managing your data:

Disconnect through Facebook Settings – You may disconnect RiskSculptor from your Facebook account at any time through your Facebook/Meta account settings. This will revoke our access to your Facebook data going forward.
Request Data Deletion via Email – You may request deletion of data received through Facebook integration by emailing us with the subject line “RiskSculptor Data Deletion Request” at support@risksculptor.com. Please specify that you are requesting deletion of Facebook-connected data.

We do not sell Facebook user data. Data received through Facebook integration is used solely to provide the content publishing and social media management features you authorized.

Account Cancellation vs. Data Deletion

Please note that canceling your RiskSculptor subscription or stopping use of the Platform does not automatically delete your personal data from our systems. If you wish to delete your data, you must submit a specific deletion request following the instructions on this page. If you only wish to stop using the Platform, you may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting support.
